Got Tight Hips?

Community &Â Fellowship |Â 10am (optional)
*Limited space due to venue size, 20 spots available.

Everyone from nurses to deskworkers to young mothers think that if your hips are tight, you should stretch them.
Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, the only thing worse than stretching would be not moving at all. Or sitting in a chair all day long. đ
If you're hips feel tight, it's not because the muscles are too short or they just like to make you suffer (even though it may feel that way).
Come learn what will actually helps your body- bring a friend and stay afterward for some casual conversations with some other longevity minded people!
First timers get a complimentary Rouleau Self-Care Kit!
Come to learn, experience, and discover how much you can do for your own body
Rouleau is a new movement education studio in Edmonton, focused on helping people build durable, capable bodies that improve over time. Alberta has an $8b/year chronic pain problem, and weâre here building the new workforce that can fix it.
Over the years, our teachers have helped clients prevent unnecessary orthopedic surgeries, eliminate chronic pain, and improve whatever you love doing - from gardening to hiking to golf to snowboarding (the full list is endless).
Our work is about ensuring that Albertans can build bodies that last and maintain their âwork hard, play hardâ reputation amidst a changing techno-world landscape.
This is a small, in-person event limited to 20 attendees to keep the focused and personal. Itâs an opportunity to change your long term trajectory and meet some new friends.
We look forward to seeing you there.

(Includes complimentry self care kit for first timers)

Hi there - Iâm Denise, founder of Rouleau.
Iâve spent my life studying movement in every form, from fitness and massage therapy to somatics and beyond.
â
Along the way, I discovered something missing: a way of moving that doesnât just train your body, but teaches it how to heal.
Thatâs why I created Rouleau - to give you a path back to strength, stability, and the quiet confidence of feeling at home in your body again.
At its core, Rouleau is built on one truth: your body is designed to heal and adapt. My work, and the work of every Rouleau teacher, is simply to help you remember how.
