Fascial Neurosomatics

Discover how your body works behind the scenes -
and what becomes possible when you learn to work with it.

🤔Fascia…you’re only hearing part of the story.

You’ve been hearing about it - it’s everywhere! But you may be starting to notice:
1
You’re still not sure what fascia actually does in your body
2
The information out there contains the same few lines that seem safe to say - but vague, conflicting, and hard to apply (e.g. “It’s everywhere!” “It’s like Saran Wrap”. “You need to release it.”)
3
You’ve tried things that should help - but the results don’t really hold
4
Your body doesn’t respond the way you are led to expect, even when you’re doing the “right” things
5
You have a sense there’s something important here… but no clear way to access it
You’re not missing effort - you’re missing the part of the story that actually explains how your body works.

This is the piece that connects the dots - and without it, nothing quite adds up.

💡What if your body started working the way it’s supposed to?

What if instead of working around your body… you finally understood what it’s been trying to do all along - and everything started working together?

In this series, you’ll begin to notice:

  • Movement starts to make sense - and feels smoother, lighter, and more natural
  • You’re not forcing progress anymore - you understand what creates it
  • Effort carries further because your body is organized, not compensating
  • A growing confidence in what your body is capable of - because you can feel and direct it
  • Abilities that felt gone… begin to return as your body reconnects and responds

You won’t just be “getting fit” - you’ll be learning how your body actually works, and how to support it for the long term.

And at some point, you may catch yourself thinking:

“Did my body just get smarter?”

That’s the shift.

The “intelligence” system that connects everything in your body is finally starting to come online again.

And from there, you’re no longer guessing.

You’re building a body that can adapt, rebalance, and support you over time - not just in class, but in the rest of your life too.

Bring your body back online.

"So what makes Rouleau different?"

Most approaches work on parts of the body.

You stretch something tight. You strengthen something weak. You try to “fix” what isn’t working.

And sometimes it helps...but the changes don’t hold.

Because what’s missing isn’t more effort.

It’s connection.

Rouleau restores the missing connection between strength and sensation -

the relationship between your body and your nervous system.

You don’t just build strength.

You learn to feel where it is, how it moves, and how it connects.

You begin to notice parts of your body that have been quiet, disconnected, or hard to access.

We call these latent spaces.

And when those spaces come back online…

your body changes.

Movement becomes more coordinated.

Strength starts to carry through your whole body.

This work is practical.

You’re not memorizing theory.

You’re learning how to:

  • sense your body more clearly
  • organize how you move
  • build strength that actually transfers

So what you do in class shows up in how you stand, walk, and live.

And over time, something deeper shifts.

You become less dependent on outside fixes…

and more capable of working with your own body.

That’s human health sovereignty.

Hear what our students are saying...

“Physically, I feel amazing. I used to go on a beach walk for about an hour, and just at the end of it, my hips were just screaming at me. It was like a couple of years of that. I'm starting to forget I ever had an issue there. I even did a three-hour hike a month ago or something—and I didn't even think about it. I had no pain. I just didn’t even realize it."
Cecily, Australia
“My student was supposed to get her hip replaced. But after a year, her doctor told her, ‘Your hips look great. You don’t need a replacement right now. We don’t need to do surgery.’ And she said, ‘It’s the Rouleau classes.’ She comes three times a week. She’s so dedicated."
Wendy, Germany
“I was in an accident and suffered a pretty significant brain concussion. I was on a walker for 3 months. Couldn’t drive for 9. I made more progress in 6 months with Rouleau than I made in a year of neuro rehab. I’m doing things that I really was terrified to do. I’m probably close to where I was before my injury. But that’s not good enough anymore. I want to keep pushing myself and challenging myself.”
Melanie, USA
“I talk about being the poster child for this work because two years ago, I could hardly walk up the stairs. I had so much inflammation, so much discomfort. But I’ve been doing this work every single day since then. My knees are doing great. I go days - weeks, even - without even thinking that I ever had any pain in them. It’s remarkable.”
Barbara, Canada
“At 42, I’ve never felt more capable. I’m doing things I used to be terrified of. My kids think their mommy is strong and they are super impressed by that - I enjoy showing them little things they can use in their everyday life. Even emptying the dishwasher — I’m intentionally trying to use those parts of my body. I know now it helps prevent injury, but it also makes you stronger.”
Danielle, USA
“Going to get groceries, I used to have to hold on to the cart. I used to just focus on the pain-and the lack of mobility. But now when I come here, I feel joy. This lifts me up every week. It’s making me feel better about me.”
Kim, CANADA

✨ Bonus vibe check ✨

This is for people who want more than just a workout.

People who want to understand their body - and feel the difference in how it moves.

Over time, Rouleau students notice:

  • Things feel easier - and you're less sore than usual
  • Your body feels more stable, more grounded, more capable
  • You move with more confidence and trust your body again
  • You stop second-guessing yourself

It’s not about constantly striving for “more” while fighting against "inevitable" decline.

We just want your body to work the way it should, so you can enjoy what you love.

All you have to do is show up - and be around other people who care about getting better too.

Hi there! I'm Denise, creator of Rouleau. I've devoted my entire life to health, wellness and movement.

From aerobics to personal training to massage therapy to yoga to somatics and beyond - I've studied it all and created a movement method that helps you feel strong, supported and at home in your body again.

More than anything, Rouleau is based on one key principle:

You body is designed to heal and adapt.
