  • Clearer in your inner world - able to sense what’s yours and what's not
  • Grounded enough to stay with fear or doubt, without spiraling or shutting down
  • Trusting your intuition - not as a hunch, but as something you sense, recognize, and cultivate

In this workshop, you'll:

  • Recognize the intuitive signals your body is already sending - and learn how to interpret them
  • Build a somatic map of your inner world, that can continue to strengthen and support you over time
  • Meet your shadow with compassion - fear, doubt, shame, grief - and stay present in the process
  • Learn to shift your state without forcing change - using practical tools, not bypasses
  • Anchor new insight in your nervous system - so integration feels lived, not theoretical

You won’t be performing. You’ll be practicing a new way of being with yourself.

🔍 Here’s how it works

Portal is a Rouleau Mind retreat taught over one transformational day. You’ll explore three progressive modules that blend movement, sensation, symbol, and stillness.

📝 What happens when you register:

  1. You’ll get an email with all the date, time and other details.
  2. You’ll begin the day by reconnecting with your breath, your body, and what’s already present beneath the surface.
  3. You’ll learn how to recognize the subtle, protective patterns that have shaped how you respond to challenge, stress and stillness.
  4. You’ll leave with new tools that allow you to continue cultivating the connections you've built throughout the day.
